2. Accelerate Mineland Reclamation -- Former mine sites are some of the greatest opportunities for the economic development in Kentucky. Freeing up federally-held mineland reclamation funds will boost job growth.

3. Innovate on New Ways to Integrate Energy Use -- Hal will incentivize new ways of integrating coal, natural gas, oil, and biomass to help preserve our energy advantage in Kentucky.
